Replacement requests are typically reviewed within 1–3 business days after all required information has been received.
Once approved, a replacement order will be arranged at no additional cost to you.
If your package is confirmed lost during transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We may work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. If the package is determined to be lost, we may provide either:
A replacement shipment; or
A refund, depending on the circumstances.
Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as missing may require additional verification before a resolution can be provided.
Products marked as "Final Sale", clearance items, gift items, or promotional giveaway items may not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds, replacements, or returns are generally not available in the following situations:
Incorrect size, color, design, or variant selected by the customer.

Once an order has entered processing or production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
