1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- During high-volume periods (promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances), processing times may be extended. We will notify you if significant delays occur.

Free Shipping: Orders of $60.00 or more

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time starts after the order has been shipped.

4. Order Tracking

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
- These fees are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Lizind is not responsible for customs delays.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
- If delayed, please allow extra transit time before contacting support.
- If confirmed lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Possible resolutions:
- Replacement shipment, or
- Refund
Packages marked “delivered” may require additional verification if reported missing.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
- Email: support@lizind.co with your order number.
After processing/production/shipment preparation begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If not cancellable, the order will follow our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Returns & Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or other resolution if:
- Item arrives damaged or defective
- Item is incorrect
- Item does not match description
- Item is significantly different from website listing
